I’m a weaver with a passion for textiles, heritage and sustainability. Through my work I’ve explored advanced sportswear and performance textiles, experimented with innovative hand and digital craft techniques, and worked with communities to share the positive power of making, using technology, craft, humour and sport as participatory tools to engage audiences.

I love working with a wide range of people and making things happen; my experience as a creative practitioner spans commercial enterprise, community engagement, design research, commissions, education, and consultancy, having worked with a range of organisations such as Craft Town Scotland, Shetland Museum, Rothesay Townscape Heritage Initiative, Mother of Pearl fashion, Dundee University,  and Zero Waste Scotland.
